HOW I CAN HELP
If you are feeling overwhelmed with current life stressors, struggling with difficult emotions, or stuck in old habits deciding to contact a therapist can be the first step towards healing. I believe healing involves the whole person – mind, heart, body and spirit. Using research-based mind-body approaches combined with more traditional “talk” therapy modalities, I help people who face issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, loss and grief, acculturation, relationship and communication issues, and challenging life transitions.
